So Nykaa has a pretty good collection of Matte Neon Nail Paints, the pigmentation is amazing and you just need 2 coats for the color to pop-up. It takes 15-20 minutes to dry-up completely, so that's a disadvantage for it, but yeah otherwise the shades are amazing and you can give it a try, and I know you'll love it( TOTALLY NOT SPONSERED, WOULD LOVE TO BUT NO, NOT YET).
